PRODUCTION
Pre-Production
In the pre-production phase fabric is sent for a pre-shrunk wash, all aspects of the garment such as print color, design, fit, label position will be finalized.
Production in Bulk
After confirmation and final approval of the sample are given, production is started. Lead time for manufacturing will take between 6-8 weeks.
Quality Assurance
We strive to create the best quality garment every time, Our QC team consisting of skilled and dedicated staff go through our standard checklist to filter out any flaws before packaging.
Packaging
Before packing all items are steam ironed and are checked one last time before neatly folding and packing them in individual polybags.
